1. General Information

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern all purchases made through our online shop for 3D-printed products and handmade candles (“Products”).
By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

 

2. Products

• Each product is described as accurately as possible. However, due to handcrafted production and the 3D printing process, slight variations in color, shape, or surface may occur.

• Our environmentally friendly materials are carefully selected. Natural irregularities (e.g. texture, print lines, or small air bubbles in candles) do not constitute defects.

• Candles are made of 100% paraffin, a blend of 20% stearin and 80% paraffin, or natural beeswax.

• 3D-printed products are made from PLA filament, PET G or an other type of Filament.   

 

3. Orders and Contract Formation

• By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase.

• A contract is concluded only once we confirm your order by email.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, particularly in cases of limited availability or technical errors.

 

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include the applicable statutory VAT, where applicable.

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

• Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Ripple, Twint, or bank transfer.

• Orders are processed only after payment has been received.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is currently available exclusively within Switzerland.

• Delivery times vary depending on the product:

  • Candles: generally 10–12 business days

  • 3D-printed products: production time approximately 10–15 business days

• Delays caused by external circumstances (e.g. postal services, customs, or unforeseen events) are beyond our control.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

• As our products are handmade or produced to order, returns are generally excluded, except in cases of defective items or shipping damage.

• If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, provide photos of the damage, and return the item.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.

• Personalized or custom-made products (e.g. with names, text, or special requests) are excluded from exchange and return unless the item has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

 

7. Liability

• The content of this website has been created with the utmost care. However, no guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content.

• Liability claims against the operator for material or immaterial damages arising from the use or non-use of the published information are generally excluded.

• We assume no liability for improper use of our products (e.g. unattended burning candles, exposure of 3D prints to extreme heat, or misuse).

• Safety and care instructions, especially for candles, must always be followed. By purchasing a candle, you confirm that you have read and understood the Candle Care & Safety Instructions.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, images, descriptions, and brand appearances are our intellectual property.

• Copying, reproducing, or reselling our products without explicit permission is prohibited.

 

9. Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary for order processing and customer support.

• Your data will not be shared with third parties except for payment and shipping service providers where required for order fulfillment.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

• The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
