Shipping Area

We offer free shipping on all orders within Switzerland. We also ship to Germany and the United States. International shipping costs apply and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post.

Depending on the size and type of the product, your order will be shipped using PostPac Economy or PostPac Priority.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

The final shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and shipping destination of your order.

Delivery Times

• Candles: Typically 10–12 working days

• 3D-printed products: Production and delivery typically take 10–15 working days

Please note that delivery times may be longer during periods of high order volume or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Where available, the confirmation will include a tracking number and a tracking link provided by Swiss Post.

Shipping Liability

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of transport passes to the customer.

We are not liable for delays or lost shipments caused by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
