The shipping costs are CHF 14 per order. Your order is usually shipped within 14 business days after payment is received. Please note: delays due to external factors (postal service, public holidays, weather conditions) may occur.

Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as early as possible via email or phone. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is generally no longer possible. Products that are personalized or custom-made (e.g., with names, text, or special requests) are excluded from exchange and return, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
