Our Story

GiftGiving began with a simple belief.

A meaningful gift should feel personal, thoughtful, and made to last.

Too many gifts are forgotten within days. I wanted to create something different. Something I would be proud to give.

Creating candles became my creative balance alongside my work as a nurse and theatre nurse. Like many candle makers, I started with paraffin wax. It was the obvious place to begin. But something never felt right. The material lacked the character I was looking for.

I explored other options, including plant-based waxes, but many relied on palm oil or extensive industrial processing. Eventually, I discovered pure beeswax.

It was everything I had been searching for. Natural. Honest. Timeless. No additives. No fillers. Just beeswax, heat, patience, and craftsmanship.

Today, every candle at GiftGiving is handcrafted from 100% pure beeswax in my small workshop in Switzerland. Each piece is poured, refined, and finished by hand in small batches, because true quality cannot be rushed.

That same passion for craftsmanship naturally expanded into 3D design and printing, where thoughtful ideas become practical, beautifully made objects. Whether creating a decorative candle or a custom design, the philosophy remains the same:
